MEDITATIVE
LIFE

A synthesis of that archaic presentation of the laws of harmony of the microcosm of music, and that more academic European application are particularly demonstrated by the work of the groups “Meditative Life”.

Here, we are shown the completely natural harmonious archaic dealings of the different groups – in contrast to the “Meditative Aphorisms”, which is all about the presentation of the problematic nature of human generation problems – and / or the cosmic space-time-shift in thinking and in our consciousness.

In other words, they sought inspiration from above just as I do when I compose and just as Beethoven did.
As I said before, when I enter that dream-like state, I am in a trance-like condition – hovering between being asleep and awake; I am still conscious but right on the border of losing consciousness, and it is at such moments that inspired ideas come. All true inspiration emanates from God, and He can reveal Himself to us only through that spark of divinity within – through what modern psychologists call the subconscious mind.
It is the most inappropriate name for a part of divinity; supercon-scious would be a much better term but the best answer to your question is to be found in the Gospel of St. John, 14th Chapter, 11th Verse, in which no less an authority than Jesus, Himself, says, ‘Believe me, that I am in the Father and the Father in me.’
In John 14,10 He says, ‘The Father that dwelleth in me, He does the works.’ And then in the 12th Verse of the same chapter, He adds, ‘He that believeth Me, the works that I do shall he do also, and greater works than these shall he do.’ ‘That is one of the most momentous of Jesus’ many significant utterances and is one that the Orthodox Church ignores.
First of all, I know that that Power exists. You cannot appropriate unless you believe that it is a real living Power, and the source of our being. This you cannot know with the conscious mind which is an evolutionary product of the material realm; it can only be perceived with the real, the eternal EGO – the soul-power within.”
